Please note the following key information regarding subscriptions. Full details can be found by following the links to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at the bottom of this page.

1. Subscribers agree to use the app for gardening purposes only.
2. Subscriber content and information is only stored for the duration of the subscription. If a subscriber does not renew their subscription, or does not follow the myPlants.app terms and conditions of use, the subscriber's subscription will be terminated and their content deleted.
3. A subscriber can export their plant information and plant photos at any time during an active subscription by following the links on the Account page. A gardener may wish to do this to backup their data, or if they decide to end their subscription. Please note that the app optimises any photos uploaded to reduce data transfer. (The app is not suitable for storing photos at their original file size.)
4. Subscriptions last for twelve months and will be automatically renewed until cancelled by the user.
5. Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime from the subscriber's account page. There is no minimum contract period. We do not offer refunds after a subscription is cancelled. After cancellation, the account will remain active until the end of the contract period (the date the subscription was originally scheduled to finish).
6. A subscriber can delete their account and all their data by following the links on the Account page.
